This is the closest McDonald's to my work so I have to go here often if I want McDonald's food. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too, and I have been to plenty of them on the east coast. Here are all the negatives;
The service is incredibly slow. Even at drive thru, I am often in the drive thru line for more than 10 minutes waiting for my food and then they still ask you to pull forward and they will bring it out to you, no apology and no coupon for bad service. This is for something simple like a cheeseburger and a French fry. If you go inside you will no doubt wait 15 minutes regardless of how many people are in line.
If you order any Café drink other than a plain coffee they will 100% of the time screw it up. The size or the ingredients, just expect to be disappointed and since you already waited 15 minutes waiting for your messed up order, you are not likely to request that they fix it.
The employees are miserable. The employees often talk bad about the job during their breaks (which they take inside the restaurant). Apparently management does not respect them or appreciate them. This could be why they are so slow and mess up orders.
They are always out of something. One morning they were out of breakfast sandwiches, and 75% of the time their machines do not work for ice cream or mocha or frappe.
I really wish that corporate would get involved in this particular McDonalds. This place is in a very central location and important to the public. There is no excuse for...
Read moreI simply ordered 2 sandwiches using the app and was asked to pull forward from the drive-thru window, I told her no I only ordered 2 sandwiches. Then a manager came to tue window and LIED to my face Telling me that I needed to pull forward because the Quater pounder burgers were made to order(which 1140am) is a bold face lie, then she also said that the car behind me Only ordered a drink but she Parked that car as well. Therefore she LIED to me about that as well.
I ended up going inside about 2 minutes later to get my 2 Sandwiches which were finished but had not been brought out. I understand about drive-thru times but this is unacceptable at the expense of customer service. 2 cars and 2 orders were parked which causes longer wait time for customers because there is now no urgency to clear the car to stop the clock. And previously in the past I have been forgotten when parked and after about 10 minutes went inside and had to have MY then cold food remade. These 2 cars above mentioned were the only cars thru drive-thru during this time and nobody was ordering or waiting for their food when I went inside to get my food. This is unacceptable customer service. The manager that parked me was inside talking about ME when I walked up to the counter and when I told her she LIED to me, she just rolled her eyes and said "WHATEVER" This is Rude management. Who can you ask to speak to when the manager is the LIAR and also Rude to the customer?

This McDonald’s is well known for messing up orders on a consistent basis giving burgers with 2 bottom buns and poor customer service. I walked into the store the cup station was filthy and barely had lids for the cups. This McDonald’s does not give golden standard effort which is a shame and the owners of this establishment should be embarrassed by the people they call employees. Where’s the pride ?? Where’s the effort because it doesn’t exist in this place and they really need to remove everyone and start from scratch because it’s an embarrassment to the McDonald’s brand. This place is an absolute joke. But if you’re in a bad mood and want that to keep going this place will surely not leave you disappointed.
