I never really have any problems at this establishment, but on this occasion I found one of the staff women to be very rude, condescending, and inpatient. At the time I believed I communicated my order to her efficiently, but she was treating me like a child. When I explained that I have been working all week, and I wanted to have a good Saturday, she didn't seem very bothered at all. In fact, she stormed off when I told my wife, 'Maybe we should eat somewhere else.' The manager was kind enough to provide a free meal to both my wife and I. I am thankful for this, but the staff woman in question got my wife and I so upset that it sort of thrown off what would have been a pleasant weekend. I forgive her for her actions, but please hear this. The way Arby's employees treats their customers does have an impact on our daily lives. In the future, always treat customers with respect because we are not dumb. The corporations number is right at my disposal. I can contact the Corporate Headquarters at anytime. Each order was over $30 For each order, she requested items you no longer carry and had to choose something else. Read morePlaced an order at this location for pickup at around 8:00 and received an email that they confirmed my order. The restaurant closes at 9:00. When I arrived the doors were locked and noone greeted at the drive thru. I called them and all they told me was that they were closed. I asked about a refund and they said I'd have to file a ticket through the app. I asked to speak to a manager but they said they weren't there. I filed a ticket and according the the site someone will reach out to be and refunds can take 7 days....
