The absolute worst experience. Went in to order 2 dozen cupcakes for my daughter's baby shower. Their employee couldn't answer any of my questions. I purchased a cupcake & she didn't know where the napkins where. Didn't know the cake flavors. She didn't know the flavors are on their website. I asked for a call back to verify the order but never received one. I did receive a call from the rudest unprofessionial owner of a company I've ever dealt with. She hung up on me before I had time to tell her what happened.

And your response was to play the victim. Throwing away the cupcakes didn't trigger me it was your snarky attitude & your indifference to what happened in your store with your stellar employee who said "I don't know" to every question I had. (who I was very nice to. Watch the video I'm sure you have a camera) Your stellar employee couldn't find a napkin for the cup cake I purchased. Maybe you should bake as well as you can flip a story to make it look like this...

I am a full hearted supporter for local business so it pains me to not give 5 stars. I ordered a gender reveal cake for a baby boy. I requested a blueberry cake with cream cheese frosting with the inside to be blue. I wish I was told the batter/cake itself would not turn out blue. Otherwise I would’ve ordered a plain vanilla cake and not spend the extra money for a special tier flavor. Only the frosting inside was blue.
