I have never left a review in my life. However, the experience i had here was horrible. I ordered crab ragoons, sesame chicken, and beef with broccoli. When I arrived home my daughter opened the sesame chicken box to find a black piece of hair. Mine is brown and longer and my daughter has blonde and even longer. I called and told them that not only did they forget the ragoons, but I found the hair. Since my daughter won't even eat Chinese food for awhile now( gets super grossed out about hair) I will not want a remake, but rather a refund ( also something I don't do). I was told to bring it back. I found that rather odd because I wouldn't ever ask that of a customer. However, I did. As I pulled up there was a customer in there so I waited so they did not hear our conversation so they won't get grossed out. The lady asked for the bag of food. She opened the box immediately seeing the hair. She then grabs the hair walks it in to the back and immediately I could hear them speaking in Chinese ( I assume) with a short lady poking her head out looking at me. All this with no gloves! Then the short lady who poked her head out suddenly speaks English clearly and says, " nobody with long hair here. Haha!" The hair was probably shoulder length and black. I told the lady that this was awkward, and that ladies comment was unnecessary. She did give me a return. Although i left a more than generous tip. She then took the food I returned to the back. Hopefully she don't resell that. I WOULD...
Read moreFirst time and the food was excellent. Kung pao was exactly what I was looking for. I expected green and red pepper in the k.p. but it was fine the way they did it. Rangoon was good and I usually don't like the triangle fold variety. All the veggies we're fresh with the exception of baby corn which is expected. Service was friendly and fast. They give you a free soda for orders over $30 which was nice because I was thirsty while I waited. I see that some people here have said they have been here before when it was good until the one time it wasn't. Hopefully they stay consistent for me because I intend to go back again and again for Chinese here if the food is always as good as it was tonight. I also wonder where those individuals reviews are from their good experiences here. For all the good times they decided their first and only review would be a out the one bad time? Tough crowd guess it's 10 out of 10 here in Harrison township or nothing. Yet somehow poncho and Cisco still exists here. That...
Read moreWe order carry out from here every week. The Kung Pao chicken is healthy and fresh and a good deal! Lots of veggies included in the meal and generous amounts of chicken. We also love the Garlic Shrimp and the Pad Thai. The Pad Thai is not super authentic but it’s so delicious!!!We love this place because the family that owns it is so nice and you can see how clean the kitchen is from the ordering area and they are always chop chop chopping fresh veggies. Because I like a lot of flavor I sometimes add more ginger and garlic and spice at home. But the Chinese restaurants have to cater to the normal bland American taste buds so I can’t fault them. I’m thankful someone is working hard to make inexpensive fresh food that I can pick up so quickly! Saves me on the nights I have to work. Hope they are in business for as long as I live in...
