--- 10/31/2022 --- Re-posting again as "chef" Vitor's fragile ego can't stand that anyone is telling the truth about him. That's OK... legal action is coming their way!
--- 10/24/2022 --- Responding to "chef" Vitor's latest Trumpian actions by hiring an attorney. Defamation... Fraud... see you in court Vitor, Heather, Butch, et. al.
Vitor and Heather have broken several laws and we have the receipts to prove it and now they've forced our hand to proceed with legal remedies. . Extremely dishonest and corrupt behavior.
--- 10/21/2022 --- Re-posting after Vitor or Heather complained about my honest review... as stated previously, I have no prior business relationship with the owners of Vitor's. They're bad people and and we will not support them or be bullied by their ridiculous behavior.
--- 09/25/2022 --- Since you cannot respond to a review comment, I'd like to add that "chef" Vitor is absolutely correct that I and my wife are both disgruntled former patrons. However, the "former business acquaintance" statement for me is a complete fabrication as I was only a regular customer that he pretended to be friends with to extract as much money from me as possible.
None of that changes the fact that over the course of 5+ years we had a front row seat as the food quality decline significantly while prices increased and staff turnover continuously... but every time someone quit or they had to shutdown because of staffing issues it was always someone elses fault... never "chef" Vitor. Funny because "chef" Vitor is the only constant across the dozens and dozens of former employees in his wake.
Finally, we also have first hand knowledge that "chef" Vitor does not pay his vendors as he's refused to pay their final bill for the social media management and marketing services my wife provided to Vitor's Bistro at a discounted rate... because we thought of Vitor & Heather as "friends".
--- Previous Post --- Used to be our weekly "go to" spot for good local food and reasonably nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can no longer support the owners or any of their establishments. Very strong DO...

BUT…
If you want to treat your pallet with something fresh from the mind of Chef Vitor than please give VITORS a try. This is my wife and I’s go to when we are craving Duck, Seafood Pasta, Chicken Saltimbocca, freshly made Sushi/Sushi Rolls and more. The Chef and his wife have converted this Bright Indiana roadside restaurant into a cleverly designed Food Oasis. His food creativity is refreshing and desperately needed in our mundane world of fried bar food and all too common chain food restaurants. Try the delicious small bites like the Creole Stuffed Mushrooms or the Candied Braised Brussel Sprouts (I’m not even a Brussel sprout fan and love these). The Wild Mushroom Pork Scallopini entrée, the Lamb Shank Stew or something else off the continually changing menu in this farm to table type atmosphere. VITORS also offers a fun Chef’s Table experience (advance reservations required) or the Chef’s Choice- 3 course dining menu (let the Chef choose the cuisine and what you will be eating). They offer daily food specials and even daily themed specials (burger night, ½ priced sushi night etc). I do not believe you will find a similar dining option within 20 miles, in any direction, of this delightful little place. VITORS has never disappointed us and is worth spending the few extra dollars. We hope you stop in and are pleasantly surprised by one of...
Read moreI ate at this restaurant tonight with my husband and another couple. We drove 35 minutes to get here based on our friends' suggestion. We were familiar with Vitor as we had eaten at his previous restaurant in Cheviot. Vitor's has a very nice patio that appears to be new. There was quite a bit of construction material as they are planning an expansion starting tomorrow. We had reservations as suggested since the current space is on the small side. We were seated promptly and greeted by our server Noel. There is quite a selection of beer ,wine and cocktails available. I ordered a Citron fizz that was a little too sweet for me. My husband ordered the hamburger for his entree and he said it was really delicious. It came with a side of fries that were well-seasoned and sprinkled with parmesan. My friend ordered the salmon sashimi which she enjoyed and said that tasted very fresh. I ordered the shrimp pad thai. It was a very generous serving of noodles. I was disappointed that the shrimp was battered and fried as I was looking for a healthier option. I also would have preferred bigger pieces of vegetable in my dish. The service was on the slow side. Our server told us that they will be open during their construction with a limited menu that will be served on the patio and cooked in their food truck. This place is really out of the way and I doubt that I would return...
