McDonald's — Restaurant in Harrisonville

Not an exaggeration - worst McDonald’s (and probably overall restaurant/fast food) experience I have ever had. The burgers were at least half the size of the burgers at any other McDonald’s we have been to, and looked like they had been made (and punched) at 8am and set under a warmer to await us until noon. The fries looked and tasted like they were over cooked in old oil. Overall, disgusting and disappointing food. We immediately felt sick to our stomachs. The food, I can get over. What I have a problem with and what I thought was worth writing a review, was the manager on duty openly yelling at the employees to “quit stopping her” to ask her questions. She repeatedly raised her voice, saying that there were more managers other than her that they could ask their questions to. I understand that fast food can be a stressful environment, but that doesn’t justify yelling at employees especially in front of customers. It made for a very awkward experience sitting in the lobby. This location is in need of a serious audit, health inspection, and management changes. We obviously won’t be returning here, and hopefully whoever owns this location takes notice of the amount of terrible reviews and makes some changes. If nothing else, for the employees and work...

OMG, listen to this. So it is raining and I decide to go to the drive thru. I order 2 triple cheeseburgers with NO PICKLES. I got to pick up window, paid and received my order. Since it is raining and I do not want to drive in the rain while eating a cheeseburger, I park. I open my first triple cheeseburger with the Special Order tag on it saying "Triple Cheeseburger - no pickles". Inside the wrapping I had a double cheeseburger With Pickles. No triple and it had pickles. I checked the second one and it also had special order tag with a double cheeseburger with pickles.

So I go back thru the drive thru, explain the issue and of course, they say Oh we are sorry about that. Drive to the window and we will get you the 2 triples. So at the pick-up window the guy says ok that will $11.98. I asked for what? He replied for 2 triple cheeseburgers and a large coke. I explained that I already paid and I got doubles instead of triples. IN DISBELIEF, HE ASKED FOR THE DOUBLES, TOOK THEM TO ANOTHER TEENAGER AND THEN RETURNED WITH 2 TRIPLE CHEESEBURGERS. OMG what a screw up and lack of communication. I will not return. I SUGGEST YOU ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER...

Never had an over cooked burger so dyhrated and it wasn't even warm. The cheese is breaking off the burger. Not melted at all. Poorly made. I even paid for extra pickels an didn't get them. The store wasn't even busy but they were all running around with their heads cut off. There was only one order they were working on. That was mine an they failed miserably. I'd like to sit them all down and make them eat what they served me. Cold fries and burger. I worked mcdonalds in my teen years and what I asked for wouldn't have taken more than 2 minutes to cook. I got the worst food, I wouldn't have even expected a homeless person to eat that Jerky cold burger. Need new management in this place. How hard is it to read a paper. It tells you how to cook. There is even a timmer on the grill and a waiting period for the food to be served in the warmer. Someone isn't sticking to the book. Your going to make people sick. Even cold cooked food gets bacteria on it. Fries looked like they had been soaking in hot Greece. I would have taken a picture of that but I threw them out as soon as I got my bag from...
