Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartford

If there were an option to put 0 stars on this establishment I'd so happily. My experience at this location today had been so shocking that it drove me to warn as many people as I can to what may be waiting for you upon arrival. I had asked for a egg white flat turkey sausage and they had given me a veggie. Granted I didn't mind the fact they got it wrong but it was the sheer audacity of the pre pubescent teens (with hair on their faces) to smirk behind the counter and mutter in low tones about my order. I waited another ten minutes and the employee yet again flaunted putting the sandwich in the bag and fake dunking it to me ("dunkin" donuts haha very funny). The only good part about the visit was cheery customer calling me back thinking I forgot my key but it was really a pass for the wc (had huge toilet sign attached to it by rope lol). Only to come back home and realize my gf wanted an entirely different order from what I thought I heard, oh and IT WAS VEGGIE ANYWAYS!! ...

Bad service, incorrect orders, panhandlers inside of the establishment, and bad attitude from the management. I tolerated a lot since this Dunkin' is so close to where I live. Finally, one day, I got an iced coffee through the drive-through that was undrinkable - it tasted of soap. On top of that, the woman who was working the drive-through window didn't want to give me the coins part of my change, saying "it's just coins." For 11 cents, I felt it was too cheap to argue and hold up the drive-through line, but I was disgusted and will never go back there again. The all-around quality of this Dunkin' is noticeably worse than any other that I've ever been to, and I don't know how they are allowed to continue being part of their franchise. Note: being shaken down for money by panhandlers INSIDE of this place is a regular thing, and is tolerated...

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts around here!!!!!! Every morning I try to come to get coffee and donuts granted the drive through lines is backed up if I get to get a pass to go before a car I can other then that I TRY to walk in but they have it locked until 7 but even after 7 they see some people like me try to wait outside but once they see people trying to come in they ignore opening the lobby! Today I counted SEVEN people trying to wait for the door to be open but we all got ignored. I think they do that on purpose to avoid helping any one else but the drive thru! By 7:10 I gave up waiting! They need a new manager or something because it’s ridiculous and I say that because THIS IS EVERY DAY they do this!!! If you want coffee or anything else don’t bother coming to...
