The manager at the Quechee Dunkin’, Samantha, is the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a local, and I’ve never been treated this poorly at any Dunkin’. She is rude, dishonest, and openly hostile not only to customers but also to her own staff. When I ordered a simple pup cup for my dog, she lied straight to my face about a “policy” that doesn’t even exist, got visibly angry that I had the nerve to ask for one, and then loudly talked about me through the drive-through window while I was still sitting right there in my car.
On top of that, they got my order wrong twice. When I tried to correct it, Samantha admitted she “didn’t know how to charge” me for the medium I had actually ordered instead of the small she already rang me up for even though it was her mistake to begin with. I have worked in the service industry for a long time, and was not annoyed even for a second for them getting my order wrong, so I don’t understand why she acted like I was being a jerk.
I’ve already contacted corporate and confirmed with the closest Dunkin’ location that what she said was a complete lie. The other women working were polite and tried to resolve the situation, but Samantha only escalated it. Instead of being a leader, she chooses to be nasty, unhelpful, and openly disrespectful.
To make matters worse, she presents herself in a greasy, unhygienic way that perfectly matches her unprofessional attitude. The entire atmosphere of this store is poisoned by her behavior, and it’s clear she thrives on conflict rather than customer service. This is not just a bad day or one rude interaction this is a manager who should not be managing anything.
This location is known by locals as always being laughably bad because orders are always wrong or things take longer, but in the past month it has been significantly worse. I’m not even wasting my time by going here anymore. I can deal with slow service due to understaffing, or small mistakes. But arrogance and managers disrespecting their staff is unacceptable to me.

if you look past all the shout outs, and stuff the commenters know that only someone working there would know you will see the actual customers.
This place cannot get an order consistent. Even in the 20 minutes it takes to get through 2 customers via the drive through. You may think that you will get faster service if you go inside because it's always empty. You would be wrong. Remarkably the drive through customers take priority over the inside store customers. So it will be a longer wait. I will happily go to west Lebanon instead of this location.
I think it's absolutely unacceptable that employees are trying to artificially raise the score of this place. In my opinion this business doesn't even deserve a 1 star.
