New China House — Restaurant in Hartford

I called just 5 minutes ago today Sunday 5/12 8:25 pm. I ordered a broccoli and garlic sauce order and was picked up, and the guy on the line at China house totally kept ignoring what I called to say; that I didn't get broccoli in garlic sauce instead the sent an order of broccoli in soy sauce with white mushy rice. The worst I've ever had from this restaurant. It tasted salty and horrible. I called to let them know this and the guy that answers the phone was very rude, disrespectful and not listening to my complaint. I feel if I spent my money for a particular order especially when I know what is supposed to taste like and got the total opposite, I have a right to get my order corrected. I didn't get what I ordered which was WHITE RICE AND BROCCOLI IN GARLIC SAUCE!! Not white mushy sticky white rice and broccoli in salty soy sauce. I will report this to higher authorities since the person on the phone was very mean and kept cutting me off. So rude, disrespectful, no manners and rushing to get me off the phone. I am totally disappointed with this nasty salty broccoli in soy sauce that not even a dog can eat it. The rice looked like a ball of glue and the broccoli was thrown into salty soy sauce. China house should be ashamed and not have this individual answering their phone in this ugly terrible manner.He finally ended the call by hanging up on me. CHINA HOUSE JUST LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER!! SHAME ON YOU!! I THREW THE FOOD IN THE GARBAGE AND LOST MY MONEY. ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKES AND REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE MONEY BACK OR THE CORRECT ORDER!!!!!!! I ordered a very large order and I didn't get my red dipping sauce for my crab rangoon or my fried plantains. the crab rangoon is supposed to automatically come with the red dipping sauce. they had me waiting over 2 hours for it and then decided to tell me that they were too busy and didn't want to do it then I was hung up on now I keep calling to get my money back for the crab rangoon or for them to come and pick it up and they are flat-out ignoring me I will never again order from this Chinese restaurant I was a valued customer and I used to order from them all the time not anymore I did not appreciate being disrespected...

Had to give a star to be able to comment ....but I am beyond furious with the order I just receive ......they took a hole hour in a half to bring me my food and then when they finally came they gave me my food and I gave them a tip for nothing because my order wasn't complete at all ...and when I called them they said that they wasn't going to give me back my money and that I had to come get the rest of my food in person if I wanted of not to call the cops and hang up the phone on my face....ill will never call again or get any food from there ..they are very unprofessional.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
