I ordered through GrubHub as a “Pick-Up”. Called to the store being that this was the first time ordering online for pick-up. Young lady answers the phone, I asked, “ Is there any more information needed to pick-up an online order besides the order number and name?” . “You order online! What do you mean?” . Again I asked the same question and explained Im not the one picking up the order... young lady proceeds to say you can only get delivery and hangs up before I could say another word-_- My boyfriend goes to pick up the order and they are giving him the hardest time and its literally just 2 famous bowls .... I mean , it couldn't be any more plain and simple. Because of situations like these people stop going to restaurants thats they frequent on at least 2 days a week. Not the first time Ive been treated rudely at this location. I work maybe 8 min away, its convenient and great food, but the employees really talk to customers like there on the street. Read moreToday at 8:40pm I was ordering a 3 piece big box with fries and mash with Pepsi and also a medium starry drink, the lady said we don’t have chicken then I heard one of her coworkers tell her we do have crispy I said that’s fine, she was not very attentive she ask me to repeat my order three times on the third attempt I just pulled up to the window, I told her my order she said they don’t have fries so I order two mash with my order, she give me the food no jelly for the dry biscuit and didn’t remember my Pepsi, after a long while sitting at the window she finally open it I tell her I didn’t get my Pepsi, she said oh I never charge u for it honey, i said oh okay I can pay for it here as I’m giving her my card she says she can’t put it in mind you it’s the same lady I just paid for the food with so I didn’t understand why, so I drove off also didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt the lady that works at the mic has terrible customer service she needs...
Read moreWent through drive-thru and when I got home and checked both my receipts they added a round up fee to my order without even asking and when I called to ask what was the fee for they explained that they ask you if you would like to round up your total and it goes to charity but I was never asked and I asked for the managers name and number they refused but told me if I went in person they would refund it smh I'm glad I looked at my receipt's you definitely lost a customer poor service rude customer service and employees trying to scheme on supposedly so called charity if they would of asked them ok but to be slick about it and refused to give me higher up information now that seems real shady KFC...
