More details: I took my girlfriend there after we worked out at a gym center. It's about 1:20 PM, and we're hungry. They had seats at the bar and we agreed to sit there to save time, we didn't want to wait for a table. A waitress gave us the menu. I ordered a glass of white wine for drink, and that's all I have for the next 30 minutes. She didn't give my girlfriend any water, any breads, and didn't take order until 1:50 PM. At 2:15PM, after almost an hour waiting, there is 1 glass of wine on my table. My girlfriend started feeling uncomfortable, she had been hungry for 60 minutes. She talked to the waitress about our wait, she gave us some breads, as what she should do an hour ago. (Photo was token at 2:18 PM) At 2:25 PM, we hadn't had food yet, and we notified them the last time before we left, they brought the food out at 2:30 PM. We finished the food, she was still at the bar but didn't came back and ask us about the food or gave us the check. . After all, we think the sea food was good. I enjoyed it. But like any other business, my feeling is the waitress had a really bad service, even though the food is good, it cannot bring me back. I am not going to recommend it the anyone. I have been coming to this restaurant since they had it at their old location. Food was always good and service was always good. However the last 2 times we have gone in, today being the 2nd, we have been very disappointed. The time prior we had put our order in. Our waitress repeated our order and it was correct. When we were given our order she forgot some items so we had to remind her again and again. The wait between us getting anything and her fixing her mistake also took forever/very slow. Today we were happy that the order came out quickly and was accurate. However when we were finished the waitress asked if we were wrapping up our order to take home. We said yes. She then asked my husband if he was also wrapping up the fries with our order, which was seafood, and again we said yes to put them together. She took the plates to, we assumed, box up. She never returned with his food boxed then she handed me a box for my steak and the bill. My husband had quite a lot of leftover seafood that he told her he wanted to box and she didn't. Your GPS will tell you, you have arrived and at first you will be like I am? Where? It’s set back from road however. It was last Thursday and we arrived for lunch at 130p a party of four. They said no problem five to ten minutes. It was 30 and I was a little upset since no one addressed us again until I asked how much longer please? Then we sat. It is an old catering place and the lay out is open since makes sense when it held parties. I went to order shrimp and the waitress says I’m sorry we are OUT of SHRIMP! Wait that’s like half the menu. I drove four plus hours to get here and I wanted shrimp. First world problem I know. I’m mot a spoiled brat I just wanted shrimp app and shrimp and clams for meal and had to rethink it all. At table we had pork and clams, tilapia, salon, calamari, and kebab.
