Good grief... So of course it's a subway the food is bad no matter what. They are open twenty four hours a day so that's convenient. The biggest issue with this particular subway is the Osha violation in the parking lot they absolutely refuse to fix. A few years back I drove into a Pole in the parking lot that is way below driving eyeline. I was told by the manager. It is a former light post that they have not gotten rid of. They were required to pay for the damages to my car. Because this pole is absolutely illegal. If you can't see it from your car it poses a hazard to everybody. For a little while they put a traffic cone on top of the pole, but it's not there anymore. So yeah the parking situation is clearly bad. The fact that management doesn't care enough to fix this problem after having to pay thousands to fix at least my car, and likely other cars, just blows my mind. When I reported the incident to the police. They even knew the exact structure I was talking about. Clearly i'm not the only one that's dealt with this problem from the way they reacted. Spoke with combative and unhelpful rep who changed her story when I asked can someone else help me? Then later advised “I be dealing with customers like you all the time” then disconnected the call. Called back to get her name (Shayla) so I can speak with her manager about the incident and as Kia (who was not rude) gave me her name she yelled over his shoulder.. “Who cares do you know how many corp complaints I get. Letting me know no action will be taken. I asked for the managers number and was told to call corporate. I’ll be reaching out on Tuesday as they “can’t” give her my number to call me back. All I can say is wow I feel sorry for her superiors, they must be having a hard time finding people to work.
