I have had Domino's delivered to my house every week for a year with no issues now all of a sudden they want to have an issue saying that they don't deliver out here and the first time when I called about my order being canceled and me not knowing about it the General manager Ronnie Jackson wanted to say that they never delivered and when I informed him that they have delivered to me for a year he wanted to say that I was lying and I told him I had proof. I called Corporate about it and they said that they do deliver and even sent me a letter stating that they delivered to me. So I tried again and had the same issue and I told the the guy that I would be coming up to get my order. Well when I got up there he was very rude and and said they canceled my order and that I couldn't order since they were closed and I tried to show him the letter from corporate and he flat out said he didn't care what corporate said that he was listening to his manager and that corporates map is out of date. I called corporate again and they said they would be dealing with it. I let a few months go by and tried again with delivery and the lady manager called me to inform me that they don't deliver but I could met the driver somewhere. As it being delivery I didn't want to leave the house due to being in pain so I told her to cancel the order. I had look on my card and seen the money for the order was taken out so I gave it 30 minutes to see if it went back on. I called her 30 minutes later cause the money didn't return to my account and she informed me that she hadn't canceled my order and that the money didn't leave my account😒😒 how had you not canceled the order yet??? You should have done that the minute the customer said they were canceling their order. Anyways she told me that the money shouldn't have left my account that it probably said pending cause they don't take the money from the accounts until the end of their business day. I tried to tell her that I could see it wasn't in my account and that I was looking at it and she then proceed and give me an attitude about it. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL ORDER FROM THE HARTSVILLE LOCATION UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR MANAGERS. I WILL BE INFORMING FRIENDS AND FAMILY AS WELLL. Had issues last Saturday when I tried to order and they said I wasn't in the delivery zone but yet I had been getting pizza delivered for a year with no issues and have proof showing I get it delivered to the same place and literally had it delivered that Thursday. the Manger Ronnie Jackson called me to tell me that they dont deliver and I told him I literally had it delivered Thursday with no issues and for over a year. Read moreWorst pizza place around. When ordering delivery, even during normally slow times (like a Tuesday at 3 pm) the delivery takes hours. The website says 30-40 minutes, but it takes hours. They'll lie on the pizza tracker and mark it as delivered an hour before it gets here. I've called multiple times and spoken with a manager and frankly, they just don't care. Never once have they offered anything to try to remedy the situation, never anything more than a "yea it should be there soon, sorry." I live a mile away. The pizza always shows up cold, sometimes stale and tastes like they used old toppings. I reached out to corporate a few months ago since this store doesn't care and corporate doesn't seem to care either, since they never got back with me.
