Today, I found The FrenchRooster in Hartville, OH and What a find! The shop was inviting before I opened the door. The creativity shown in the big windows and edifice too, enticed me to enter as fast as I could.. Upon entering, I thought I was in a metropolitan city. The styles, layout, the numerous unique items could keep you there for hours. I have not seen a Boutique like this for many years. The FRENCHROOSTER is spectacular, with items not found in other shops including Akron/Cleveland.. The shopkeeper, Michelle, helped me in answering my questions. Michelle is a SPECIAL LADY! —- Yes, Any business can have merchandise but the human touch is the most important to any business. There should be more staff, in all businesses just like Michelle. My first visit at your store was this morning.. I walked in and spoke to the clerk behind the desk. She seemed to busy to acknowledge me. I made my rounds and another clerk came up to talk to the other clerk at the desk. No one every asked me or acknowledged me. A new customer came in and boy what a difference the way they treated her. My friend and I traveled an hour last week to visit the French Rooster. We're so happy we did!! What an amazing store! Michelle was welcoming-providing us assistance when we needed and space to roam the store. The French Rooster is now on our favorite store list and we are looking forward to our next visit.
