I ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 Boxes o Joe and 50 munchkins on the mobile app, for pick up hours later. It looked like everything was ready when I arrived, except they didn't have any napkins? Loaded up and off I went- only to arrive without munchkins. I don't shop at Dunkin' Donuts (with good reason) so I didn't realize they were not included. No one answered the phone when I called, so I had to drive back over there. Also there were no stirrers with my coffee. Upon arrival they tell me they don't include stirrers in the Box o Joe set up. What? How TH are people supposed to stir their coffee? With their finger? Why do you not offer stirrers at pick up if you know they are not included? And when I ask for the munchkins- they tell me they don't have any. Why would you let someone walk out of your store and not mention, "Sorry we don't have any munchkins, we need to refund you." The place was an absolute zoo and the manager looked like she had no F's left to give since like, years ago. I got my refund, and am reminded once again why I avoid DD. Less than 1x in a year do I shop here because it's never correct, and I unfortunately have to be reminded every year- to not shop here. Who lets someone walk out of a store without the items they purchased? I understand that at the time of my mobile order- they may have had the items and were thus able to sell them. Read moreThis place is honestly so slow, the managers are only prioritizing the drive thru window orders that come in. I came in today with an co-worker and order a late and something to eat 8 minutes later I am still waiting for my coffee and the person that came with me hasn’t even ordered. The manager (i believe that’s who she is) tells the employee helping out the customers in the lobby to work on a box of Joe, while three other employees are to busy helping out the drive up that’s not even busy. There were four people waiting to order inside and no one available to help. This place does not prioritize the lobby customers. When I asked the young man in the front end to please refund my coffee because at this point me and my co worker were running late for work, he walked away said something to the manager and proceeded to keep doing what he was doing. I waited an extra two minutes and still no refund so I had to leave without my refund. And every time I do I remind myself why I don’t come here. The customer service is awful. They are rude. No matter who is working or what time it is. They simply can’t be bothered with your order. Teeth sucking and all. Not one of them can make a decent Coffee. Again, doesn’t matter what time, or who is making it. It’s awful EVERY TIME. It’s almost a guarantee I have to have them remake it.
