Arby's — Restaurant in Hastings

The general manager has some weird, irrational hatred for Arnold Palmer. This location is on my way home from work so I've stopped by several times and always order an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) for the drink with my meal. However, the last few times I tried to order it in the drive-thru, I've been told that "it's against policy" and when I specified that I meant the fountain lemonade (same price as the tea, unlike the fancy market fresh lemonade) I was told that they were instructed by the general manager to not give out such drinks. This is the first time I've ever heard of such a thing from an Arby's, let alone any restaurant (ever) so now I have to come inside to order and get my drink myself. We visited the new location near the hardware store north of town today. I went through the drive thru.. Friendly staff..My fiance (55 yrs old) had never been to Arby's and proceeded to tell her he would like the double stack smokehouse roast beef and would like it to look just like the sandwich as advertised on the panel. I recently visited an Arby's restaurant and I have to say, it was cleaner than my roommate's bedroom. I didn't have to dodge any dirty laundry or dishes on the way to the counter.
