Pacitti Brothers — Restaurant in Hatboro

We usually go to an ice cream shop closer to where we live. Decided to try Pacitti Brothers last night to support a new business.

There were 3 or 4 young ladies behind the counter. Low energy, didn't really engage with us, no mention of what they had besides ice cream.

We understand it's a new business but the staff needs to hype their business more. What makes Pacitti Brothers better than the other 2 ice cream shops on York Rd, that are closer and serve larger portions for the same price?

The ice cream was good so we may give it another try...

Absolutely love this new local spot! Pacitti Brothers is a family-owned, all-outdoor ice cream and hot dog stand that’s perfect for a casual bite with the family. The ice cream is creamy, flavorful, and full of variety – and the hot dogs? Some of the best around! Grilled just right with awesome toppings.

An excellent experience! Not only was the food / ice cream fantastic but they backed it up with an awesome experience from a customer service stand point! That’s a difficult task to maintain when you are new and have a line of 25 people outside! It went smoothly and everyone was served promptly!
