Hatboro Pizza-Grill — Restaurant in Hatboro

I had once loved this place for years and years but not anymore. The prices keep going up with less food on the plate. I had ordered a lot of food this week and was so dissatisfied with what l got. I requested a BLT with bacon cooked well done. What did l get? Fatty bacon undercooked. I requested mayo on the toasted bread and what did l get? I got dry toasted bread soggy . I asked for 2 hoagie with mayo. What did l get? I got 2 dry rolls soggy . I asked for no tomatoes on hoagies. What did l get? Tomatoes. I asked for potato salad and what did l get? l got double the amount of fries and a tiny weenie scoop of potato salad. I ordered 2 family size of pizza. What did l get ? I got old pizza that could not be reheated the next day. When reheated looked like dead skin.Could not be eaten!! Now keep in mind l had ordered at 9 30 AM! First customer! It arrived close to 11 am being the first order deliivered l was told . The BLT was soggy. The crust could not be eaten. and the pizzas were slightly warm. Two pizza was to last for days frozen! This is the second time in a week l got a bad order. Last week l ordered shrimp in the basket. Asked for tarter sauce and got something quite different. When l called back the girl was polite. what did she say to a co worker? before hanging up? Bad mouth me after l spent a lot of money there! I called back and politely said l heard her and next time hang up first before bad mouthing because that was painful and did not need to be said. I called and ordered food three weeks before that and got a young guy with an accent who is rude and condescending. He is the worst with the orders and food products. I asked for tomato packets and he gave none. Instead decided to give a lot of napkins . Iguess...No ketchup for fries now?. Thanks for poor service. Will never go back. I gave them too many chances to improve. The staff has greatly changed. Just not the same Goodbye Hatboro Pizza !!! Good bye !👋 ADDED NOTE. I have always been a great customer. Never a problem. I had called to resolve this issue as requested by owner on this review. I expected a pleasant conversation and received none. Lies. Foul language and temper was expressed with threats. I regret calling. Oh yes, John the owner is the one who refused ketchup packets! LOL...

My go too pizza shop!!! The pizza isnt exactly New York style but I love when the crust is crisp and the cheese is still white and a bit gooey!! I hate well done slightly browned cheese and they know exactly how to make it Perfect! The burgers I still believe are the biggest in town but I noticed they definitely gotten a bit smaller, nothing to complain of though, just an observation! I get crispy bacon, they give me 6 pieces when other pizza shops give you 2 or 3 max! The poppers are Always on point but my personal suggestion is serving them with ranch or blue cheese or something.. I was not a fan of the marinara sauce with that... the milkshakes are real ice cream, not soft serve either! Real! Ice! Cream! For 4-5 bucks they are worth the perfect treat!

The lunch specials are awesome I get the tuna hoagie no cheese, and I get bacon on the side so I can put it in my sandwich myself without it getting soggy and rubbery rubbish lol! I hate pizza shop fries but Hatbori Pizza has regular AND curly fries and they always come out fresh and crisp! Sometimes soggy if the fries are with a cold dish like sandwiches and hoagies. The steam obviously makes them soften up, But..... Delivery is ALWAYS moments or minutes earlier than the ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival)! And the delivery people are always so nice considering they drive all day and just keep running around, maybe getting a bit lost between houses? Haha, ALWAYS SUPER SWEET.

I Love This Place and Everyone in It and I think/KNOW they LOVE ME TOO LOL!!! They even went qwerty with writing my name on a napkin one time, so sweet 💖

This was the most unprofessional pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. They messed up my order and when I called to have them correct it I was given attitude from a lady that takes the orders. She told me I couldn’t speak to the manager and would have to wait until the next day to correct my order. She hung up on me twice when all I wanted was for my order to be corrected. I was expecting to receive the order I had asked for and she told me that “nothing is guaranteed” so that means when you order from them their service is not guaranteed. I will be sure to tell all my local family and friends that live in this area to be sure not to order from here.

Response: I never once raised my voice at you because that is not in my character to do so. I simply wanted what I asked for to be done. For someone being hung up on multiple times, talked backed to, and still didn’t get what I ordered I spoke in a very respectable tone. Also you are right I live in California but I am from Philadelphia so trust I am well aware of what works and what doesn’t work on both coast. You guys clearly know you made a mistake because my money was refund and you provided them with another pizza. I am glad you showed your true colors by calling us a “joke”. That right there just shows your character as well as how unprofessional you are because I never once nor ever would of called you out your name.
