So much for "fast food" service! I totally give up on going to this location any more. The service both inside and through the drive-thru is deplorable!! After several bad experiences with service inside, I hesitated but made a decision to give them another shot and go through the drive-thru this evening.
There was one vehicle in front of me with a $5.00 order which held up the entire line as he sat at the window waiting for his meal! The drive-thru line quickly developed and we sat and sat not knowing why? Why did they not have the vehicle in front of me pull up and out of line so the rest of can get our food. While waiting in the line an employee comes out of the store with a bag of food for me. I asked her if this food had been sitting getting cold while the entire line of vehicles waited - PLUS she did not bring my drink!! She went back inside with my food where it sat getting cold as when I got home with it, it was disgustingly cold!
Do yourself a favor and go to the plenty of other fast-food chains in the area and pass up on this location! The have proved time and time again that they cannot provide even the bare minimal good service as expected. Other McDonald's locations do an excellent job and I will go out of my way never to go this location again! ...

Of course I cant blame the product, as I do know exactly what I will get (if the order was filled correctly which seems to be a 50/50 proposition.) Compared to any mom and pop place, some of the issues would be overlooked, like a perpetual understaffing run by a family whose children had no choice but to work. A recent visit inside the restaurant - mostly because I have zero faith in the drive-through - revealed gunk on almost every hard surface, from counters to tables, and most incredibly, a lack of available lids for drinks; an extra slap in the face from the franchise's steady march toward "self service."

We were verbally harassed by the general manager of the McDonalds and were told by one of the shift managers to leave because they were going to refuse service because they didn’t want to leave their thousand dollar equipment outside and out of sight. I didn’t even bring in a Segway and was refused service just because I was wearing the same uniform as my coworkers. Absolutely disgraceful.
