Wawa — Restaurant in Hatfield Township

Drove into Wawa to fuel up on gas, on 7/2/2023, price was 3.75 at the moment, after fueling we ordered frozen chai latte, Calvin already ordered and picked his up, and I ordered my frozen chai latte as well, paid for both of ours, and I waited for my drink to be done. Saw 2 younger girls that were ordering after me also waiting and an older woman waiting as well...one of the workers politely told the 2 girls to pay before receiving their order, which I thought was strange since I didn't see any signage or prompts on the screen to pay in advance but I totally understand where worker is coming from. They paid and arrived back and soon after waiting 2 mins from paying, they recieved their 4 frozen drinks, I said to myself "ok maybe they ordered ahead and scanned something at the kiosk to let Wawa know they were there..no idea, don't come to Wawa that often, and then another customer came up and picked her drink up...And ordered way behind me...I said to myself, did someone pick up my drink? Had no idea, here the worker asked me, what number I was waiting on...scrolled on the screen and missed the item 😒 waited over 13 mins...

I will be going to a different wawa from now on. I ordered a very simple sandwich. Bacon and mayo on bread. Extra bacon, don't toast bread. Was toasted and definitely not extra bacon. Also DO NOT ORDER A COASTAL COLADA FROM HERE!!!!! 3xs I ordered it from here. Everytime it was wrong. I have gotten it at many other wawa locations. So I know how it's supposed to taste. There is almost no flavor. It's like colored water. I have given this wawa many chances as it's 1 of 2 I pass on my way to work. I understand they get busy and mistakes can be made. After 3xs I'm done. So this wawa has lost another customer. Not that they will care because of how much business wawa locations get. I work in customer service. They should care. They have a sign for where to pick up your food and my husband and I were waiting awhile for our food only to be handed it at the smaller window and it was not where the sign was and they moved the slip basket. Don’t come here in the evening. One of the male employees copped an attitude with my husband the one evening all because my husband nicely asked if his food was done. During the day there’s no issues but evening, forget about it.
