Last year it costed 12 bucks to get in and we used to be able to bring our bags and stuff. Last summer they went under construction and they fixed the place up and now it cost 15 bucks to get in and I don’t think its worth it because the place doesn’t even look new or fixed they just changed the floor. Now you can’t even bring a bag unless its clear at least thats what they told me.The worker/staff are really rude aswell. When someone called me o couldn’t hear bc of the music so i went to the lobby to listen to the phone call and one of the worker(she was like in her late 30s) yelled at me to get inside when j was trying to hear a phone call and i told her i needed to she kept yelling me to get inside. Also I saw somebody use a trainer and they really needed it and a worker took it away bc apparently the person was fooling around and they weren’t i saw the whole thing. There vending machines are always out of order and they take my money and give me nothing and the workers don’t do...
Read moreGood rink for roller hockey. Skating surface is one of the best around to skate on and much cleaner than most of the other centers around. Negatives:Snack bar is minimal and rarely available for hockey, bathroom stalls have shower curtains for doors, pro shop does not have much of a selection on wheels despite being an inline hockey rink with hockey being played practically every day of the rink. This is a hockey rink first and foremost, and a roller skating rink second, not vice versa. Positives: very good sport court surface with full boards and glass, 4 locker rooms so the two teams currently playing and the next 2 have private seperate changing areas (no showers though), they also have official roller derby played here along with dek hockey, youth hockey, travel hockey, public skating sessions with birthday parties, private rentals and open hockey several times throughout the week. As a hockey rink I give it 4.5 stars. As a roller skating rink...
Read moreStaff is really nice and helpful. I'm sure I'm not saying anything that hasn't already been said, we took our daughter on her birthday to go roller skating. They allow you to bring your own roller skates which I think is great, the music however is so loud for daytime when there's roughly 6-8 people it's blasting as if it's a full house of skaters. There's an arcade area that's been marked off making it appear out of order but I feel like that a crucial money maker for the rink, perhaps there's not enough money to update or repair machines in the arcade. Some of the vending machines are put of order as well, so I love the rink and staff greatly appreciate keeping a nostalgic experience alive. Hope there's a way to get the arcade and vending machines operating at...
