I was excited to go to a new restaurant and take a birthday party with most of us from out of town. I made reservations and discussed if we could bring in a birthday cake. The lady was very nice and I let the party of 10 the arrangements ( time, place and address). It was Friday night November 12th at 5:45. Some members of the party got there a few minutes before I did and was informed there was no reservations. As I walked in they relayed the hostess’s comments that we had no reservations. Luckily there was a booth/table combo that fit our party comfortably. We all got drinks and appetizers but the young lady waiting on us was very slow and seemed to be inexperienced and hostess or others did not pitch in unless asked. I had to speak to waitress on multiple occasions as we waited 35 minutes plus for tea and then refills. The appetizers came but were a bit disappointing per the menu descriptions. The waitress then took our orders which varied from the pork chop to steak. Also understand there were bar drinks ordered and a bottle of wine so we were spending the money. After 30 minutes of ordering our main course the waitress came back and told my sister n law that they only had one steak left and were instructed to keep it for the owner whom was coming in that night! Are you for real and shame on the owner and staff. Where is your customer service! Then we get the food after a LONG wait. My sister-in-law has arthritis in her hands and had gotten the pork chop which was very big and thick. She asked for a knife instead of the butter knife that came with the silverware. Now understand they serve steaks also and we were told they didn’t have any knives like a steak knife! Really!! The service continued to be bad. Now the best part was the porkchop and veggies which was very good. Now understand with the size of our party the waitress gets 20% tip regardless and didn’t deserve a 10% tip. We had to ask several people to help which was ridiculous. They were not packed either just lack of experience! The music and person singing paid special attention to our party and the birthday which was great and we tipped him accordingly. So overall I would not recommend this place due to service and mediocre appetizers that carried a hefty price and with a guarantee of a 20% tip is crazy. That needs to be backed down to at least 15% and give some incentive to do a good job. Our bill totally was probably over $400 and the tip was so underserving. For the prices and expectations higher due to this. I would not recommend this restaurant. Understand we got there at 5:45 and didn’t finish our dinner until after 8:30 due to lack of service and slow pace. I wouldn’t have minded this as much if drinks had of been kept full and attention of server was better. What a shame and shame on the owner for taking last steak and the staff telling us!...

We arrive at 7pm and didn’t get appetizers until our dinner was coming out at about 9pm.. we asked for the drink special and then our waitress come back to tell us they had ran out of the liquor to make the special. We were not informed the there wasn’t free refills on fountain drinks (which is okay ) but our drinks were watering down from waiting on food not to mention they had also ran outta tea. So as we order food our waitress explains what’s each entrée.. after about 45 mins of waiting we see the table behind us receiving their food but when asked where that item was on the menu she couldn’t find it and the told us they had also just ran out of pasta.. 9pm and the food arrives and it’s all cold none of the sandwiches were dressed according to the menu and the waitress tells us they only come bread and meat nothing else not even what’s on the menu, as we ask for the manager she also inform us that we were looking at the “WRONG” menu and they don’t know where those came from but they had them set on the table as we arrived.. Never again!! Worst place ever!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone with...
