On December 17th 2023 I had the worst experience ever with Dominoes at 3203Hardy st! The issues was that for some odd reason whenever we order from this store, our address keeps popping up incorrectly! But once I log into my actual account the address is correct! I have had this issue for a while now and I bring it to their attention everytime because the driver always calls us and say he can’t find us. Every now and then we will get a driver who has no issue! So on this night the driver could not find us. I called to the store and asked to speak with the manager (Nathan) I explained my situation and he was very rude and dismissive from start to finish! Remind you I was in a room for privacy when I made the call and he went as far as to tell me to lower my voice! Then he proceeded with my order had been canceled and refunded! All because of their mistake! My family had been waiting for food for an hour already so of course I was very upset because it’s an ongoing issue! But after being treated so poorly I can assure you we will never order from this Franchise again! So applaud to Nathan you are the worst manager I’ve encountered in a long time! We end up spending twice as much with Papa John’s that night! Great food with great customer service!...
Read moreMy husband walked inside to pick up my online order tonight (March 15). After waiting in line behind a guy who had been searching the menu for about 10 minutes, another employee came to the front to help out. Another customer walked through the door as the employee came up to the counter. My husband was the next person in line (the only other person in line). Instead of taking care of my husband, the employee instead asked the customer who had just walked through the door if HE needed help, completely ignoring my husband. Understandably, my husband was very upset and stormed out of the store. He didn't say anything to the employee, so as to not make a scene. Because the employee and customer were both white and my husband is black, he saw this as a blatant racist move. I'm not sure if the employee is really racist or if she ignorantly decided to assume my husband was with the other black guy who was getting his order taken, but she needs to be taught how to appropriately handle waiting customers. Instead of assuming, honey, always ask "Who was next?" Thank you.

They are TERRIBLE at customer service. We walked into the restaurant and stood at the counter for several minutes. There were six employees working at the counter preparing orders. The person boxing the fresh pizzas was closest to us. I asked, after several minutes without being greeted, “should I order online or something?” The person boxing pizzas spoke up. He said, “you can order at the counter but I’m busy.” Then he went back to his task. Another person from further in the store left their station to take our order. We were told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. The screen in the lobby showed my name at each stage of the process. When it turned green and said ready, I went back to the counter. Again, I was not greeted. I spoke up and said, “I’m picking up for Cam.” The person boxing pizzas responded, “it’s still in the oven.” So the sign clearly isn’t accurate. I placed my order at 7:28. We got our pizza after 7:50.
