KFC — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

People on Keto Beware! This location does not offer Grilled Chicken despite what KFC's website might say.

My boyfriend and I ordered some grilled chicken through the KFC website. It was listed as a valid option at this exact location, so we ordered and paid ahead of time; confidant in our purchase.

It was not until we arrived at the location minutes later that we learned that it does not actually offer grilled chicken and that we would have to swap the order out for something else or they could cancel the order. I advised them that there is literally nothing else we can have there and was referred back to the website to get our refund. Upon further examination It stated that refunds were supposed to be processed at the location, so I called back and was told by someone that she would consult with the manager and get back with me in reference to the refund. I provided my number and waited for my call back...

30 minutes go by and I didn't receive a call back, so I called, it rang several times before going to a voice mail that was already full. I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone at all that afternoon. I decided to wait a few days and see if the money would be returned back into my account, this was almost a week ago now and can confirm that my money is still missing.

I never got a call back, nor my money for food I didn't know I couldn't purchase. The other food on offer might be completely satisfactory to people that can eat it, but unfortunately after this whole incident I will be avoiding this and all KFC locations...

Had to get a refund after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, after paying for my food. 4 customers were served before me that were behind me in the drive thru. When I went in, The cashier said that she couldn't believe that they let me sit out there without even making my food and that she did her job and she walked out. A guy behind the counter was standing around talking to someone on the phone ignoring me. After finally acknowledging me, he walked over and told me it would be 15 minutes before my food was ready (a chicken stip combo was ordered.) I told him I couldn't wait around any longer and needed a refund and he told the person he was on the phone with that he had to call the manager to do a refund. While on the phone with the manager he was complaining about not wanting to stick around to clean up after his shift. The meal was around $13 and he took my receipt and gave me a $20 bill. I assumed since I paid with cash, that he wanted the change back and when I gave it back to him he was confused and didn't know what to do with...

If they're not giving you a bucket of grease and soggy chicken they are out of what you want. Went to the window to order an item and was informed that they were out of it. Parked my car walked inside and was told that they couldn't take my order because the lobby was closed. Went back to my car, drove to the window again and was told that they were out of chicken. This happened right at 2:00p. This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had trying to get something to eat in this city. My opinion is they need to close this place down like a lot of the businesses on Broadway Drive. I would give a negative star if I could.
