This store is highly clean and sanitized which makes the store look so much better the equipment is highly clean and polished and the floors are mopped and clean coming in and out . The fountain drink machine is very clean and sanitary and the windows on the store are highly clean I am very pleased with this location and will continue to eat fresh at this location anytime and every time I’m in need of a fresh sandwich. Can anyone tell me if Subway has stopped selling sub sandwiches? I placed an order for a platter on Thursday for pickup on Friday. When I arrived, the doors were locked and people were standing outside. They stated it was a line inside, but I only saw two people in line and a lady standing at the door trying to get out. An employee came and unlocked the door and told everyone outside they weren't making any sandwiches. I explained I placed an order the day before. He told me to come inside, and stated my order was incomplete. I asked was the order going to be completed, and he told me no. I would give it a 1 star, but the young man being trained by the unfriendly manager was doing the best he could. Had a mobile order, somewhat difficult, maybe she should have monitored him. I didn't want to make it hard on him, so I let him make the sandwiches the best way he could. We got the sandwiches that had more meat, but clearly, they were more bread than meat. The meat was missing. The manager training the young man was very standoffish. She was talking at him, and her communication and tone were inappropriate.
