This exciting new restaurant option in Havelock touts island fusion and brings a flavorful punch. The menu spans the Pacific with a few nods to the American homeland, too. We tried two meals as well as an order of lumpia. The chicken was spectacular and everything else was quite good. Large portion sizes make for a bigger meal than is typical around here. Served in takeout containers despite dining there, leftovers are easy to cope with. It's not environmentally friendly with everything made to be discarded, however. Prices aren't too bad for the quantity of food served, but real plates and utensils are preferable when a dine-in meal is this expensive. Also problematic is the request for a tip at the time of placing the order. Let me eat and find out if the service warrants a large tip or a small one. Don't extract it initially! Lastly, I didn't try the desserts because the entree was large enough. Someday I will go back just to try the dessert lumpia. They sound delicious.

We found this restaurant by Google maps. I wanted something wholesome after having surgery on base and to try something new; not a chain. Everything we ordered was delicious. The lumpia was fresh, hot, and cripsy. The pork soup was amazing. Would be a perfect dish if you were sick. Was so comforting after my surgery. Even the romaine and the dressing were a perfect combination with great flavors. We had to order the lumpia dessert to take home to our boys. They were a huge hit with everyone. We will definitely have to go back so we can take our boys! The inside atmosphere was a little sterile, but the food more than makes up for it. There is not a lot of seating. We did take ours to go, but you can dine in comfortably. The service was top-notch. Friendly and patient, while we perused the menu, making tough decisions from all the tasty looking options. They even double bagged my soup to ensure it would not leak.

Hurricane Florence stopped us from trying this place sooner, but man I'm so glad we finally got to try it. The chamorro fiesta plate had the most delicious chicken I've had in years. Marinated, grilled but still juicy, sweet and smoky, like, you won't find chicken better than this. The shrimp patty is just "shrimpy" enough, light, but still satisfying. Dip both of these things in the vinegary sauce they give you, flavor like crazy! Plenty of rice and macaroni salad to fill you up, some cucumber to help it still feel a little light. The daigo side is a nice light, gingery addition to munch on. I'm absolutely going back to this place. The food is a good change for Havelock(not everything is fried and it actually has flavor!), and I really hope this place lasts. Staff is friendly, food is on point, prices are reasonable, what more can you ask for?

Sister took me to lunch today with her husband. What a wonderful experience! What a delicious lunch! Hostess was s friendly and hospitable! I got the pork taco's which were probably the best taco's I've ever eaten! I ordered them spicy, which were not spicy to my taste, but we're absolutely perfect the way they came! My BIL ordered the chicken taco's which he absolutely smashed! Perfect portion size for the tacos! My sister ordered a pork dish that came with rice that absolutely looked delicious! It was such a large plate my sister had to take some home! We also ordered the lumpia (sp)? They were DELICIOUS! My sister and I ordered the unsweetened tea to drink... The tea was really good. My BIL ordered Dr. Pepper. The DP came in a can. Again, the hostess/waitress was outstanding in her professionalism and being so friendly. I cannot...
