Review update!! OMG YALL!! The new menu and new food is absolutely incredible! The sushi was excellent! There is now some 5 full color pictures pages of sushi options and all of them look amazing! I implore those who do not like sushi to try the "Crispy Crab" appetizer. Crab and cream cheese appetizer lightly fried to make a crispy tempura exterior!! (I posted 2 pics) Id have ordered 3 of those delicious morsels had I known how good it was!! TOTAL FOODGASM!! The place is still small and very chilly inside so wear a jacket, sweatshirt, or coat when you go in. It's been this way for years.

Old review: While the place is under new management, a new menu is in place cutting many of the previous menu items as unavailable. I am excited to report a new menu, that includes sushi, will soon be available (cant tell you when just yet). I've been coming here for years and even with the temporary menu cuts, the food portion was just as large, just as hot, and in my opinion, drastically improved in flavor. I've been coming here the past few years and have always had a good experience. Food was great and the service was decent. But this last time I went i was treated horribly by the woman that serves everyday. I was given the wrong food and she got extremely upset with me and put the blame on me and said they couldn't make the correct order but for my diet I could not eat what was given to me so she very rudly told me she would make the correct order and I ask if I can have a refill on my drink, never got it my friend got her food she never brought me the correct order and she ignores us the entire time and expects me to pay for this food she messed up and she claims that I never told her I wanted the correct food made for me. I told her if this doesn't get set right she will forever lose my business and she told me, "thats ok". Never had such a bad experience anywhere in my entire life. I was extremely uncomfortable with how she was speaking to me and I never got to eat my lunch. If you eat here, make sure you don't "inconvenience" them in any way...

Everyone local has good things to say, I'm local and I've tried this place several times and I'm not impressed. Maybe I'm not ordering the right menu items.

See photos attached but today I ordered chicken yaki soba and added and paid for extra chicken because the last time there was minimum protein in my order. Even with paying for extra, I had to look closely to find the bits of chicken. The noodles are however pretty good if you don't expect anything to go with them.

I'm a crab ragoon fan and I knew going in that these aren't that impressive but still okay, today unfortunately most of the filling had cooked out making them a what's the point of even eating them kind of thing.

Yakitori (chicken on a stick) was over cooked so long, it was hard and tore the roof of my mouth. Fun.
