I don't know exactly what it is about the Wendy's in this location, but compared to the establishments in other surrounding cities, this Wendy's is by far the worst in every aspect.
First off, more often than not, even when I have a small order, the staff somehow manage to get my order wrong, and I have to go back in order to fix even the simplest errors. Why they never fail to get something wrong almost every single time, I have no clue.
Maybe this would be acceptable if the food was quality, but more often than not, you can tell that the food was not made with much care at all, and it shows in the taste and presentation. I order rather simple meals from this restaurant, usually things hard to mess up, such as a spicy chicken sandwich or a burger, yet i will often be disappointed by these items from this restaurant specifically. I often order sweet tea to drink as well, and it is so watered down, it may as well be bottled up and labeled as "water". Not the case for other Wendy's I go to, confused as to why these employees are unaware of how to make this beverage.
Next, customer service is subpar. While sometimes it can be managable, a fair amount of the time, the cashier is trying to rush you through the drive thru by assuming you are done with your order everytime you add an item to it, either interrupting with "Ok, your total is [blank]." or "Will that be all?", which definitely gets on your nerves after many times, especially when you have not given any indication you are actually done ordering. Also, while you will see smiles and receive kind greetings, however fake, from other restaurant employees, that is nowhere to be found here, which really shows you how low the bar is set and how enforced quality customer service is.
Having worked in fast food before, I know I treated who I was serving how I wanted to be treated, and so it upsets me when I run into people who are truly apathetic to their fellow person's enjoyment of their day. I get it, you may hate your job, but you don't have to be miserable and have that discontent rub off on other people. A lot of us have it just as bad or worse than you, and we still manage to not be bitter when faced with having to do something that inconveniences us, such as just being a decent human being and doing our job right.

Read moreWhen walking into the building it was very hot. Come to find out it was 77° in the lobby of the building. The ac system was on heat and not auto I actually changed this to auto do to the multiple complaints buy fellow customers. Then myself and my mother waited at the counter for ten minutes waiting for service. The first employee that approached the counter disregarded us and put an order in for herself. Then abides mins later we finally got service to receive our order. All my mother wanted was a cheese burger with chili this was obviously too hard to comprehend as she got a cheeseburger with chili on the side. Which took about myself telling three people exactly what she wanted for this to even come out of the kitchen. Then I stood there for another 15 minutes waiting on my order, which was a double bacon Nader, a makeing Burger, and three large fries and a medium fry, and a medium fry never received. Also, it took about 10 minutes. Once all of our orders were finally in to get our drinks due to the fact that they were out of Coca-Cola in the lobby were customers to get a drink and the cups sit on the counter in plain view of the employees for a good 5 to 10 minutes before the girl at the counter said, oh, I forgot your drinks, and finally made myself and my children drinks. At this time I have been in the restaurant for 30 minutes and has yet to see them make any fries which the employees try to give me and my children the fries that have been sitting there for more than 30 minutes with our meal. I refuse them at which time they just took the old fries and poured them in to the basin and mix them with the new ones, and then re-served to our customers. I have never ever had such poor service at any fast food restaurant, and will never ever return to this location again, and I will warn every person I see about this place. Read moreNote: I took off stars bc of my experience it does not reflect all employees. I went for 1 large drink and 1 jr bacon cheeseburger. I paid and was asked to pull into a spit to wait. What? Ok, they have 3 cars in line. Pulling into a spot btw isn't easy from the drive thru. Next I watch the car that was in front if ne who also was asked to park go in with a bag. 18mins passed!!!!! I go in BECAUSE 1 drink and 1 burger. Inside noone greets me as I stand waiting. Someone is telling any employee they've messed stuff up. Woman who was in front of me is still inside bc they've given her my food 3 times! Several employees cone to register non acknowledge me. Not ONE! Finally a manager ask me and tries to hand me the bag that had been in the first ladies car. Umm NOPE! Finally got my ONE BURGER AND DRINK MORE THAN 35MINS!!!!! For a quick stop bc I felt dizzy.. This will not be a stop again. Never seen such confusion lol
