Let me tell you! Zack saved my life! He saved my phone and therefore my life, lol. I dropped my phone in the river. It stopped working 3 days after that and I was desperate to get it fixed. I went to one shop and they wouldn't even attempt to fix it because I said water damage. But then I remembered driving past this shop like every other day on my way to the Y and I am so glad I did. Zack is the consummate professional. He explained what the situation was with my phone in plain English. He was patient and honest about what the scenarios could be once the phone was opened. He communicated with me with every development through the process. In the end, the damage did not prevail to the motherboard and with a new screen and other minor components my phone was practically factory new! Thank you again...

Dropped my IPhone yesterday on my hardwood floor resulting in the dreaded black screen of death that a hard reset did not solve. I brought my phone in today and got it back in working order in about two hours after a screen replacement. The tech who worked on my phone was very pleasant and professional and the price was very fair. They even threw in a complimentary screen protector since the job took longer than they thought because they were so busy. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them...

This is the most legit business. They will go above and beyond for you to make sure you are taken care of. I was in desperate need of my screen being fixed and although they closed at 7pm they stayed open and worked after closing just to help me out without hesitation! I truly cannot thank the owner and his employees enough for their kindness! This place deserves five ++++++++ stars and more...
