What a wonderful, warm, welcoming staff. When I entered, the clerk greeted me and immediately asked me if he could help me find something. He was not pushy at all and let me roam the Humidor for about 20mins.

Wow! This Humidor is awesome. Every major brand and flavor profile is represented. The humidor layout is perhaps the coolest which I’d like alleyways full of cigars. The Humidor is totally temperature controlled and humidified the way you want and Spanish everywhere so you know the cigars are ready to smoke right away.

As I was leaving I chatted with the owner for a few mins. What a warm welcoming guy. We talked about our favorite cigars, industry news, and just general things.

This type of friendly service is exactly what the cigar industry needs. Will definitely be back...

A buddy who was getting married asked me to grab cigars for his wedding. Not being exactly an aficionado myself, Wooden Indian Tobacco Shop was the perfect place to call up. Dave and his team talked me through what kind of cigars would be best for the crowd (how long would we be smoking cigars for? would there be newbies or old hands there?) and guided me to a choice that hit my ideal price point for the quantity. Because I was short on time, I thought I would have to run out and pick them up, but they said they'd get them out to me the very next day in the mail. Perfect experience, total customer service pros, can't recommend...

If you happen into The Wooden Indian, you're lucky! That was my experience. In general I love cigar stores, but The Wooden Indian ranks among my favorite of all time. Yes, there is a vast selection of quality smokes, but the people who work there -- starting with Dave, the owner and his terrific co-workers, provide you with one of those experiences where you walk out feeling better than when you walked in.
