Delicioso Mix Kitchen — Restaurant in Haverhill

I’ve ordered food here twice, and both times the wait was unreasonable. The first time, I placed an order for pickup, but when I arrived, they hadn’t even started it — I ended up waiting 30 minutes. The second time, I ordered just two pastelitos and a juice, and it still took 20 minutes, even though the place was empty. While the food was decent the first time, my most recent order was completely burnt and inedible. Very disappointing — I won’t be coming back.

update- The restaurant claims they don’t sell patelitos (empanadas), but when I went in, I specifically asked, and the employee (the man with the beard) actually made them for me. Just because it’s not directly on the menu doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I was charged $12 for two patelitos and a small chinola juice. The fact that you guys sell them is on other reviews too, so I am not lying. To suggest that a customer confused the restaurant for another place is absurd. Haverhill doesn’t have many Hispanic food options to begin with — there’s definitely no confusion here. Food was terrible. We had a burrito, quesadilla, chips & queso. No flavor, extremely bland & not put together well. $10 queso that is cold cheese wiz in a Dixie cup. Messed up my order and the number to call for support on their site is incorrect. The woman didn’t speak English & hung up on me twice. Will not be eating...

Disappointed in the complete experience. 40 min wait for 3 Tacos made wrong, when asked no explanation or apology. No customers waiting, 40 min wait.
