They got a new manager and you can tell he is committed to making this store better. The fryers get fresh oil rotated more frequently. So the chicken comes out better. Also, I don't mind if they run out of chicken. I rather have a fresh batch made every so often rather than making an abundance an hour before rush and getting chicken thats been sitting for hours. I just ordered, and they ran out of drums, so I got an extra thigh instead. I was so content with the quality, that I went up and ordered 2 more pcs that just came out fryer. People gotta realize that chain places like these are all a bunch of kids working for minimum wage. They actually DO a good job. They have a great chicken cook there now. Hopefully they give him a raise and don't lose him. The only neg I have is the dining room stays a little dirty. I only seen 1 girl up front. And she was constantly taking orders. I did see a bunch of people out back. And a few of them were just "chillin", so they could have been cleaning something. But overall I think this place has come around in the last couple years...

Said o would have to come in to speak to a manager as well. I said that would take 30 minutes to get out of line and he said he didn't know what to tell me because they are busy and understaffed. I Finnair get a manager who is able to take my order. I get to the window and he's singing or talking on his blue tooth and hands me the good. He gave me a though instead of a breast. I told him and he huffed at me and rolled his eyes and went and got another piece. I asked for my receipt because I don't feel comfortable with this person and he tells me they don't have any. He gave me ANOTHER even though I paid for the b.reast.. I was irritated with him and just couldn't deal with him anymore so I left it alone. Fast food should not be an event that raises your blood pressure. This kid has no business...
Read moreAfter waiting patiently at the drive thru for 10 minutes, we were helped by a young girl who took our order. The monitor on the microphone doesn't work so you can't verify that they enter your order correctly. After telling us our total, we realized there was a mistake. We explained that we only wanted one 8 piece and she kept saying there was only 1 even though when she was reading the order back to us she said it twice. Then she said she couldn't fix it until we got up to the window. Fine. We got to the window and she repeated the order and I said that the second item she was listing was incorrect. So she sighed and removed it and very clearly was upset that she had to fix it and that somehow it was our fault. She continued to have that attitude throughout the whole transaction. We got home to have our dinner and the chicken was so dry, they had clearly been under the heat lamps too long. All of the hassle was definitely not worth...
