Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Haverhill

Ive been going here for years, and since the remodel, the food and service quality have both improved. It's taco bell and KFC, you know exactly what to expect food wise with both.

The only issue that comes to mind is when ordering thru a delivery service. Im not sure who exactly should be held accountable for incorrect orders/missing items in a delivery as both contribute through their respective roles person, but my order has been not once been delivered to me correctly when orderd through uber eats and door dash from this particular restaurant. In person or drive thru orders are usually correct and without any issues. I dont usually have these kind of issues with uber or door dash at any other restaurants, (outside of my orders from the particular kfc/taco bell) i've only had to submit refund requests for missing/incorrect items 2-3 times since i first started using these apps. Ive had submit a request for every individual order from here, resulting in a high enough number of reports ive had to submit that uber eats has flagged my account and will no longer reimburse me for missing or incorrect items because it appears like fraud/abuse to them, costing me money for productsive never received. Like I said, ive only had to do it 2-3 other times outside of orders from this restaurant. I highly recommend this place if you are ordering in person or in the drive thru, but id urge you to think twice before using a food delivery app specifically for this restaurant. Would give 0 stars if i could. Ive worked fast food. Its not hard. It may be busy but its not hard. Orders come in you read the screen and make the food.

I cannot stress EVERYTIME we go. Its always messed up. Ive given the benefit of the doubt so many times. The drove thru screen wont work so you can confirm the order they entered is even right.

The drive thru attendant will literally repeat the whole order back perfectly. And EVERYTIME its messed up.

Tonight was the last straw. We waited in line for 40 minutes. The orders were moving car by car the whole time. Then when we got to the window we had to wait.. while they cleared out all actovr orders in front of me before they even took my order.

This happens sp they can keep their window time down for active orders so they dont look like they're moving at snail speed. And i wouldn't even be mad of the food was right.... but there are atleast 2 to 3 things wrong everytime...

Today they forgot the biscuits for our neices meals.... the biscuits are the ONLY reason we stopped... then on my food... paid around 4$ to substitute steak into our Gordita.... and they put beef in it.

Paid another 5/6$ for extra chicken in our quesidillas. They forgot that.... then wait for it...

We asked for no ice in put drinks... we got ice in 2 drinks.... and they completely shorted us a drink....

WORST KFC...

I’m not going back to this one! I will go out of my way before going back. We went through the drive through and got both KFC and Taco Bell. We sat at the speaker for a bit, then we hear someone come on but it was as if they were just blowing into the speaker. She finally says something and we order 2 chicken littles, 2 chicken chalupas, a spicy soft potato taco, and nacho fries. The only thing they got right was the chicken littles and fries. I had to repeat my order several times. When I asked to add a soft potato taco she added 2 fiery tacos. I asked if that was the potato taco, she said yes. I advise I only asked for 1. Little did I know she was actually entering my order wrong. Not once was I asked if I wanted any sauces. I go inside to hopefully resolve the situation and grab some sauces. I inform what the order is actually supposed to be. The manager adds the food that was wrong without and issue. They give me the rest of my food and I leave. I start to eat, my order is still wrong. Instead of 2 chicken chalupas, I ended up with a beef fiery chalupa thing. I HATE their beef, it’s like eating cat food! I was just very unimpressed with it all. I was looking forward to it and it was ruined!! I have never encountered such a poor experience at a Taco...
