Maybe it really depends on time of day that you go, but my experience during weekday morning was very poor in terms of customer service. The staff member at the first window gave quite an attitude when asked to repeat herself because I could not make out what she said over the telecom. Then when asked to clarify, you as the customer get the attitude and sass in return. Secondly, I wasn’t given all of my order and when confirming at the last window before leaving (this was drive through), I was given the wrong items, again with sass and a bit of an attitude and this was a different staff member! I get that not everyday is going to be a good day for people, but when you’re the face of customer service, regardless of what industry you’re in, how you treat your customers is going to determine overall business and revenue. Read moreI knew I should've gone to my usual on River st. Horrible service, the guy taking the orders was rude from the beginning. Never told me where to pay. Was waiting at the first window Noone came, then went to the second window in case it was there, he starts yelling out the first window, then goes to the 2nd window and you'd think he would take my card and just charge me there.. no, he tells me rudely to back up to the first window and pay. Once at the 1st window I tell him what my confusion was, but he just takes my card and doesn't give me a receipt. Read moreI'm never going back to this particular place, specially on the weekends, as it seems they don't want to be there. They do whatever they want with the order-- which is bad because I'm lactose intolerant so if I ask almond milk it's not me trying to be "hip", I cant have normal milk; thanks for the diarrhea btw. AND to top it all they give you your order with an angry face, and then give you attitude because you are in the wrong window (you've two service windows, its not that hard to tell me nicely I was in the wrong one) .
