Ginger House — Restaurant in Haverhill

I didn't get alot of food or anything special this time. It was my first time here and I got crab rangoons, beef teriyaki and spareribs. The food was the best I have had in Haverhill hands down. I hope they never change the marinate on the teriyaki or the way they make the crab rangoons! There is actually crab meat in them! 99% of places don't put any crab meat in its just cream cheese and scallion. These had chunks! I love the family atmosphere. It's a very tiny place and their children were in there playing and watching videos. That may bother some but for me I don't mind. The women who waited on me was very friendly. I will definitely be back to try other foods. What I had today was just my random craving go to foods lol. Worst place ever to buy food I asked for extra pepper steak and they charge me three dollars per plate called the restaurant and they dare to tell me go to another restaurant ,very rude and unprofessional just for you guys out there the customer service is really bad she couldn’t come around and provide service in a professional manner , call a second time within a minute and she hung up the phone on me without even saying anything👎👎👎👎 they don’t even deserve one ⭐️….

Food is actually really good when you get the chance to eat it..... Getting a hold of these people are ridiculous! NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER order online because you will not get your food and like I said trying to get a hold of these people is nearly impossible! $50 gone and nothing for it. Just a bunch of ended calls or busy tones. I wouldn't be posting this if this didn't happen, and wasn't the first time I wasn't able to reach them because of an issue.
