Booked an appointment on the app with charly (the owner) a week prior to my son’s appointment. My son showed up to his appointment, nobody knew where charly was nor were they able to get ahold of him. My son sat and waited 40 minutes for them to tell him he’s not coming in and nobody would be available to cut his hair in the next hour. I got ahold of charly and he said he was “busy doing his taxes” no excuse as to why he couldn’t simply cancel the appointment. I would have gladly took my son else where. From the first step I took into this barbershop I noticed that the atmosphere/vibe was very upbeat and there was a lot of laughter and music playing and people just having a good time.
