Boston's Pizza — Restaurant in Hawaii

When people post that Boston’s Pizza is the best on the island it’s an understatement. I’ve had plenty of pizzas in my 50+ years and this is probably in my top two list anywhere. The thin crust has a perfect crunch but it’s not brittle. Sauces are very flavorful but not overpowering. Top it all off with an abundance of toppings and you may very well be a convert from any other pizza establishment. Personal tip; add the fresh garlic to your pie and you’ll think that you’ve died and gone to heaven.

Another plus that earns my respect is that they support the local communities’ interests. From youth sports teams, High School Excellence programs, and more, the people behind Boston’s Pizza consciously work and give back to make a better Hawaii and a better world.

EDIT: This happened to my sister in law too. Even after I said not to go here. Now she's never coming here again either. So shame the staff over here. . . . . . Super rude staff. My wife went in there to order the pre-made pizzas in the display, and was told to wait outside and they would bring it out. She waited 10 minutes and noticed orders being called out. So she went in to check, and it was ready. So she notifies the staff that they can't hear outside, and the woman screams my wife's order out at the top of her lungs which doesn't make sense because my wife is literally walking away with the food at this point. Super rude staff can't handle pressure. I hope the manager reads this and FIRES the woman that was screaming. Unacceptable customer service and I recommend everyone stop going here. Go...

We ordered online (after trying to call and never actually getting to a person), their online ordering is done through door dash, we ordered and paid. It was a 35 minute wait which was just fine. We arrived to grab our pizza appx 40 minutes later, to find out that they were behind on door dash orders and so they didn't actually have our pizza in yet. They wouldn't refund us and so we were stuck waiting almost 30 minutes even after having ordered.

Thankfully the pizza was good and having it be a single size should help streamline the process but buying slices would have been a nice option. There are public tables outside of the...
