Ikena Landing — Restaurant in Hawaii

So I am staying at the westin and today is my 30th birthday. My husband and I planned to order 2 breakfast items to-go and sit out on our lanais and have a relaxing meal together. I called the front desk and asked if Ikena landing takes to-go orders…They said yes and connected me. A woman answered and I politely said I would like to place an order for pick up. The woman abruptly and sternly said “We are not doing that right now, we are too busy for that! You can try later- K thank you bye bye” and hung up on me, I couldn’t even say another word. I am in awe and disbelief at the rudeness and lack of hospitality at a 4 star resort…Even if you are too busy, you couldn’t apologize and politely state that the restaurant is too busy right...

An amazing place to check out! delicious food, incredible view plus an excellent staff. It’s inside of the hotel (resort), even if you are not staying there they will make you feel welcome. We had blueberry pancakes and banana foster waffle… fantastic! Our server Kanoe is lovely, and deserve...

The place is fine, my review is based on the "included breakfast" package. You get a choice of oatmeal or yogurt parfait plus some pastries and fruit. The yoghurt parfait is absolutely terrible and borderline inedible. The rest if the food is fine, nothing special. Full buffet is $48 plus...
