Tonight’s drive thru was uncalled for. 1. I ordered side of lettuce & tomato. The drive thru worker said ”it’s not on the register I can’t add it to your order. “ so I repeated myself but asked to just have it on the side & I’ll pay for it. Again he repeats himself with same response. 2. I ask the girl at the drive thru window. She straight ignore me & turns back around. I then pay for my order and as she’s passing me my bags of food, she’s just looking at me with an attitude hold out my bags like I’m not grabbing my bags fast enough without saying a word to me. I mentioned to her she should speak up so I know she’s passing me my order. I then ask for a manager & she tells me”oh I don’t know “ totally with an attitude & I’m trying my best to talk to her nice 12:20am in the morning. Now I’m demanding a manger, here come the MANAGER just clueless & had absolutely no understanding of my complaint or care of my complaint. kept telling me Ok ok as she was trying to get me to go b/c she was getting a long line. Asked the manager to give me her name & her bosses name & number. She then hands me her name & number telling to go. This place is disgusting overnight . I’ve had two incidents already with my food. The overnight crew is a bunch of young adults that is messing with the food. I can confirm it with someone that used to be a worker there that quit because of how gross it is. First of all you I’ll notice that they aren’t even in proper uniforms. No mask on and no gloves. I ordered the jumbo breakfast platter and the presentation of it looked like it was just tossed in there and it the pancakes and hashbrown was still cold,so i went back In The drive thru window and confronted them about why I felt like I should get a new order. So I get another jumbo platter only to realize that it’s the same food, only this time it’s extremely hot now ! Like they deep fried the hash browns because it was black and crispy, and the pancakes also was inedible. And these are young kids that is handling my food so I went back to let them know that I don’t want the order anymore and they gave me a hard time returning it. Trying to argue with me about why they won’t take back the food. There was no managers working with them and this was during the Covid and they had no mask...

Honestly , this was my first visit to this location so I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt from what reviews said. I was very much hungry and just needed a snack. My French fries were not fresh at all. My waffle fries were soggy and the cheese wasn’t melted properly. My mozzarella sticks were burnt and not cooked through because it was just basically a block of cheese in the middle. I noticed how organized behind the counter was and that the staff mainly focused on those in the drive thru. As well as not everyone on staff had a hairnet or hat on was concerning since they are handling food.

A customer who was waiting there before me said that he waited more than 20 mins to receive his munchie meal and sandwich order.

And while I had mobile ordered my food. It still took longer than my pick up time was set.
