This is the WORST Jamba Juice location that I have ever went to. I ordered 2 smoothies. One of the employees made my juice really watery and the other employee did a good job. The employee who made the watery smoothie didn't stay at the counter long enough to hear what ingredients I wanted in my smoothie. He just walked away and started making it while I was giving the other employee my order. The place did not look that clean on the inside. The 2 employees did not seem like they were on the same page. On my way home, one of the drinks started to separate at the lower half of the cup. Just AWFUL!!! Just the worst experience I have ever had. I will always love Jamba Juice but I will never visit this location again!

I do not like conflict and usually even if I am upset with the quality of service I try to just let it go because everyone has bad days, but it has been happening more and more and I am disappointed. Below is a picture of a small oatmeal honey and strawberries, you can see that it is in no way full, the fruit do not even cover the top and it is floating in liquid honey. (This is after they got my order wrong for the fruit and I got a snarky reply okay I’ll change it, like I am at fault somehow 😔) I can manage my expectations but how low does the bar go!?

OMG!my 1st ever ACAI BOWL about 5 Orr 6 days ago was from JAMBA JUICE. I ordered the PRIMO LOADED HAWAIIAN acai bowl for$9+change, with tax it was almost$10. A little costly but IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! Since that 1st acai bowl I went back next night to the ewabeach JAMBA juice for a 2nd acai bowl but sadly didn't realize they close at 8pm.SO 3 nights ago, so 3 nights ago at 745pm I went racing up to kunia JAMBA juice store after calling to place my order sho I didn't keep the employees past closing. They were very nice to me and made me TWO loaded Hawaiian primo bowls, one of which I ate for my dinner and the 2nd I still have and will enjoy it tonight to reduce my heat stroke side effects I'll have by end of this day because ITS HOTTEST ITS EVER BEEN IN 25 YEARS! JAMBA juice is a great place to cool yourself off by ordering a nice smoothie...

If i could give this a negative star I would. I haven’t visited this location in awhile but since I was in the area and it was hot I decided to come here instead of Starbucks! How I wish I did! I visited around 2pm, no one in the location. The only worker had no customer service, didn’t say thank you or asked if I needed anything else. I am in customer service with employees and I monitor them and make sure they greet and say thank you and smile! This girl has no business being in customer service if she has a sour puss face! I will make sure I don’t visit this place and tell my family and...
