I'm done with this place. They consistently give me the wrong order despite asking me to verify it on the screen in the drive thru (or even when I order in). I've had two separate occasions a week apart, where the soda syrup was out and the drink was basically club soda. In this modern era where everything is measured and gauged, do they not have a system to display the levels? Why does the customer have to inform them that something is wrong?
From appearances, the same management runs this franchise location as before they moved, and the service was terrible then. I actually stopped going to that location and held off until they completed their move because the customer service was terrible (I'd held some hope that maybe they'd have new and better people running the joint). Glad to see they learned nothing. They need a district manager from corporate to come in and watch them fumble so they can shake things up and make the restaurant run the way its supposed to. There are people with mental disabilities that work a plethora of jobs harder, and better, than these idiots who appear to have all their faculties. What is their excuse? Seriously?
On top of their incompetence I have also had the displeasure of being serviced by rude and disgusting teenagers, cussing up a storm and speaking on shameful topics in the workplace, in front of customers. Two-thirds of these teen-aged wastes of space speak to you in a tone that denotes that you are bothering them at work. Where are their supervisors? If they are present, are they cool with this sort of shoddy discipline and attitude toward people helping to put money into their company and pay their wages?

A man outside spraying water on stairs and entrance door made it very slippery to enter the resturant to get my food. He didn't even stop watering the area after I entered and I almost slipped inside... poor management... No respect and sense of kindness. Plus my food was cold when they handed it to me... Must have been hiding behind the register the whole time!!! Never going there again... Save your money and go elsewhere. No condiments that I asked for such as ketchup and sweet & sour sauce for my now cold egg rolls. I'm so disappointed... What happened to Jack in the Box. Seems like New Owners since the other one closed in Mililani.. So sad..    Read moreI used to come to this location frequently but stop ordering food here because of the service. Today I got to the location at 3:15 pm at the drive-through. I did not receive my order until 3:50 pm I tried to get out of the drive-through to leave but was unable to as there was already another vehicle behind me. Normally I would not file a complaint but this is unacceptable. There were only 6 cars ahead of me and it should not have taken over 45 minutes. My prior experiences at this location almost always came with receiving the wrong order or missing an item from my order which required me to go back to the location to pick it up, or just eat the cost and continue on with my life. I'm pretty sure this issue has to do with staffing and management. This location feels severely undermanned and inexperienced. This location would definitely benefit from having the appropriate amount of staffing, especially during peak hours.
