Just Cruisin Coffee — Restaurant in Hawaii

After having read all the great reviews I was really excited to come have the same experience here. To my great disappointment I will never come back to this place!!!! The girls were very rude didn't acknowledge the three to four people standing in line for over 5 minutes didn't even acknowledge us, I finally got to order my breakfast in my coffee my sandwich was not what I had ordered and when I brought it to their attention very kindly, I was told it was because they were out of that particular Bagel that I ordered but I was not even told that. I then proceeded to ask for a refund she grabbed the bagel walks away doesn't say a word I was sitting down at that point drinking my coffee and she just put the money down on the counter and walks away.

Unbelievable service I wouldn't recommend anybody going there if they don't want to be treated...

We stopped here during a busy afternoon Easter Sunday, lines were wrapped around both sides of the building but the staff was working diligently to provide great service to everyone present. The milkshakes are too notch! From taste to texture it's 10/10 I had oreo, my wife had amaretto, and my mom enjoyed the kalua! All received great feedback! I'm addition I ordered a bagel sandwich on everything bagel with swiss, bacon, egg, and red onion. The bagel seemed to be made in house or from a local bakery! The eggs fluffy and filling and it came together as the best I've had on island! This place is truly a gem! Don't be turned off by the wait! You have to wait for EVERYTHING on the Big Island! Oh! The young lady took our order BY MEMORY! They we're not wearing name tags so that could be a suggestion...

I usually order the macnut chicken sandwhich from here, and it never disappoints. But it seems like today, I wasn’t able to order at all! I decided to do a walk-in for the first time. We were confused at first because the workers were disregarding our presence. Confused whether or not we are even allowed to order inside, we decided to ask an asssociate. This associate told us we can, but we’d have to wait. for the next 8-10 minutes or so, they procceeded to do other activities right in front of us like counting register money, moving papers around. And yet again also being ignored by everyone else working there, instead of spending 15 seconds of writing down “Mac nut chicken sandwich.” On a paper.
