I have a membership with you And I’m trying to cancel it , but your workers are so so so indifferent to customers needs . I have called million times and what I’m gettin is just super stupid answers which are mot helping at all. They are just indifferent and sitting there to get paid by hour that’s all.

Your managers are giving wrong information about sing up and the way how to cancel it and that it will be refunded and they just smile nicely it’s awful to be that twisty and not to know the actual procedure

3.5 stars** I was so excited for this gym to open, from the outside it seems huge! I am happy to have access to a sauna and it’s a very nice facility. I hope to see some improvements. There is a bunch of nice new equipment but it feels tiny and overcrowded. Obviously, that’s not their fault just a huge success but changes can be a made going forward to accommodate. I have tried to come at all different times of day and it’s always packed. The free weight area especially needs expanding, there are only two benches that lay down completely and two that permanently sit up. I think this gym would benefit from expanding the free weight area to the turf/ rowing machine area that seem largely unused. I hope they plan to expand in the future to keep up with the demand. I second the other reviews that having to walk across the gym to get to the 2-3 rag/spray bottles of cleaner is annoying. I also find it strange that there are tons of teenagers in big groups taking up space and not all working out. I’m happy they are establishing good habits but the gym is a place for working out and the mall is a good place for mingling. Maybe having adult only...

Definitely need more cleaning spray and cleaning towels available, I also noticed a lack of them. Parking during peak hours is horrible, there are simply just not enough spaces leaving people to park illegally. The gym itself is fine. Probably the best one in hilo. The range of classes is still small but I would assume it will be growing with more business and more staff. The yoga guy Max is great. But you do have to bring your own mat FYI. The place was overrun by teens the past few times I went. Which is fine I guess at least they’re doing healthy things but they tend to congregate and make out by the equipment quite a bit. Also kept interrupting the class by walking in the room to grab some equipment from inside which I thought was just odd. Not the gyms fault on that one though.
