KFC — Restaurant in Hawaii

Was on my way home from work and felt very tired so I thought I'd stop by and crab some meal for me and my family since I didn't feel like going home and cook. I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped, there was 1 drive through person, a manager making food and 1 guy in the back probably cooking chicken. Manager saw me standing few times when she was bagging food for the drive through and not once did she greet or even say we'll be right with you. When she finally came to help us she was all sweaty and in a hurry. Little advice ms . Manager, i don't know if your watching your labor, but scheduling enough people to help you maybe gives better service will get you more sales. And...

We order a 2 piece meal and a 12 piece hot wings. We are so disappointed because this has happened to us many times before and we wanted to give it another try. We keep coming back because we love KFC and we keep taking the chances of having good products but again we are disappointed. Wings has been refried and has no taste and is very hard and dry. The 2 piece chicken taste old. Not sure what is happening but this has been happening way...

This is the worst KFC...food was ok, BUT... No salt and pepper any longer, only one employee so we had to wait a long time before she came to counter from the cooler....and NO air conditioning for the last 2 years....this is ridiculous..... No wonder no one wants to work there. I wouldn't... We were uncomfortable the whole time...
