Ordered my sushi platter on 12/30/17. Gogi is the on how took my order. On 12/31/17 a women called to verify my order said that’s it’s ready to pick up, I sent my husband to pick it up and it was not ready. So I called them back and talk to a girl who answered the phone and I ask her to talk to the manager she gave the phone to Gogi and he was yelling and telling me that they have a lot of orders I told he I orders my platter yesterday and you took my order and then you folks call me and tell me it’s ready to be picked up and my husband went there it wasn’t ready. BAD Customer service! He was telling me they have Customers who order a year in advance. I told him that is not my problem you guys are busy why did you call me and tell my order was ready. I’ll never do business with you guys again taking my money somewhere else. Unhappy customer!
