Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

I recently visited Subway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The employee who took my order was wearing airpods and seemed completely disengaged from the task at hand. As a result, my order was completely messed up. Not only did they forget to include several of the toppings I had requested, but they also added ones that I specifically asked to be left off.

To make matters worse, when I pointed out the error, the employee simply took the lettuce off my sandwich and put it back in the bin for reuse. This was completely unsanitary and completely unacceptable. It was clear that the employee was more interested in listening to their music than paying attention to their job.

I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for cleanliness was a major turnoff. I will definitely be finding a different place to get my sandwiches...

After standing in line for a good 20+ minutes with only a 3 people in front of us neither of the 2 workers were in a hurry to assist customers at all. We watched as one was actually doing her job and the other was counting the tips in the tip jar-this is when one customer got out of line and left the store. The 2nd employee then told the one working she was going to take her brake as we stood there. Finally she came and asked us what bread we wanted and got those laying them on the counter and asked her coworker if she had it from there. It took us less time to sit down and enjoy our food than it did to order it. Definitely won’t be going back to...

After waiting in line for a bit they made my hot sandwich perfectly. I was next in line to the register when the card swiper stopped working. Myself also having only a bankcard I was told to drive 2 miles down the road and get cash from an atm. In the mean time my hot sandwich would now be cold. I refused to do this stating it was not my problem thier system was down. I came to eat and expected to get to. Instead she tossed my perfectly made still hot sandwich in the trash stating that if i didnt pay for it i wasnt getting it. Aloha subs for me from now on and subway just lost a life...
