This location is perhaps one of the, if not the, worst Taco Bell’s. There are long lines that block traffic in all directions trying to turn into the drive thru, a barely existent parking “lot” at the front consisting of just three spaces, and I have yet to receive a correct order when ordering from this location whether in-store, at the drive thru box, or via the mobile app. They have consistently forgotten items or given me incorrect items. On one occasion, when I picked up my mobile app order - paid for in advance - I was then charged an additional $20 when I came into the store to pick up. On another, I waited 30 minutes in their drive thru line because they had closed in-store without notice and I had already placed a mobile order. That mobile order was cold, included incorrect items, and was missing a whole nacho and burrito. When I attempt to contact Taco Bell via phone at this location, it is impossible to speak with anyone much less a manager. When I try to speak to corporate, much of the same. Contacting their corporate office about any issues usually results in a $5 credit to my mobile account that expires within the month. Avoid this location....

During that visit, order consisted of 3 tacos ... the amount of ingredients put into the 3, is what is normally put into 1 Taco... I'm talking sparse ingredients. Not to mention, because hardly any ingredients, the Taco shell were all cracked into 3-4 pieces ... nothing inside to hold its shape. Someone working must have known I was breaking my diet and took it upon themselves to ration my ingredients. This was the Salt Lake location and I know there's alot of hungry military out there ... I hope their not shorting our respectful military too! That would be a shame. Had more consistency at the Mililani or Waipo locations. Read moreI placed my order thru the app about an hour in advance, checked in at the drive thru on time, but they messed up my order. Wrong size drink, did not bother to ask what kind of taco sauce I want (received no taco sauce). They were rushing to get me out of the lane since the drive thru line was long and backed up, but that's no reason to flop on order details. I could've easily pulled over into the front parking lot after picking up, but amid the pandemic crisis we are all facing that puts my safety at more of a risk than intended so I decided to get home asap. Come to find out my messed up order with a side of anger and frustration.
