Been here twice now and both times the young girl ringing me up made a mistake. First time she asked if I wanted Boba and I said yes so she charged me for it but didn't put it in my drink. The second time I went here I asked for a Thai tea with agave and no sugar. I even repeated it to her like 3- times and she for some reason absolutely ignored me and just rang up a completely normal Thai tea. I could tell there was sugar in it and I have a sugar sensitivity so I asked them to remake it and the young girl who rang me up didn't even apologize at all. Wish they would train their young staff better and maybe pay more attention to the requests of the guests. Next time if something like this happens again I won't be going back. Which sucks cause their drinks aren't half bad when they pay attention. Also they were slow so being busy...

Tea O'Clock Hawaii in Waimea is an absolute treasure. From the moment we walked in, Arlene, Ryan, Roe, and Brooklyn made our family feel right at home — like we were visiting friends rather than just stopping for drinks.

Their teas are incredibly refreshing, full of flavor and care, and the handmade tapioca boba? Truly to die for — soft, chewy, and absolutely perfect. We loved it so much that when we heard they were at an event in Kona, we made it a point to find them and get more!

You can tell how much pride they take in what they do. It’s not just a drink, it’s an experience filled with aloha. We’ll definitely be back again and again.
