There is a Review stating they had block mold and I went solely to see I surveyed the display closely the male worker with baseball cap was attentive and asked questions the female as well. The issue is the female worker who was on drive through (many piercing in her face) no drive a lot of lip and is a deterrent to the workers it’s a fast paced environment it’s 9am everyone wants coffee. She is slow and her attitude isnt one that needs to be in customer service. She was literally drinking a frapp while people are waiting😭 Black mold is gone and the other two workers seem to have the place under control. They also have tables and chairs as well as free wifi for students who need a place to study.
Updated as of 02/17/24 Stopped in and there is a worker named Hanni she such a wonderful addition to the business, she did not rush and was very informative about which drinks were best selling and popular. She even asked if i was a veteran i tried using apple pay but she let me know that it has issues sometimes and it wasnt my fault she gave me my drink and scone for free. Her customer service is top notch not because of the free items but she took the time to write a message on my box as well as communicate step by step i don’t usually go to this location but she is indeed a great addition to the business. Thank...
Read moreIf doing a drive-thru order, bring patience. I have gone through the line quite quickly but also waited 30 minutes for a hot tea with honey - and while the staff are always extremely friendly, they do not acknowledge how long the wait lines are. Best to skip the line and hop out because almost always, inside is near empty. I find that one of the difficulties I have coming here daily for my morning coffee (or tea) is just the lack of consistency...sometimes it's perfect, other times it's so watery; sometimes the cup is full and sometimes I have excessive "room". On the plus, for me at least - they usually have snacks stacked up at the window and it's great to get to pick goodies for my son without having to be inside because he needs to see exactly what he's buying though we've bought the same thing a million times before...and to avoid pulling him out of the carseat, hauling a coffee and hot cocoa back out while snacks are likely falling to the floor, only to strap him back the drive thru is a must, the snacks...
Read moreWe thru the drive thru - total time wasted 12 minutes. First - no indication that they don’t have a seasonal drink until I asked. Ordered a different seasonal drink without complaint because why get mad over a drink. Waited 5 minutes to order. Another 7 minutes until it’s my turn to get my drink only to find out their tap doesn’t work. I was traveling light because I was just taking my dogs out for a walk so I didn’t have any other forms of payment. I offered to take the drink and come back later to pay when I was driving thru (1 town over) but they said no. So their decision is to waste it vs possibly getting their money later when it’s their fault I couldn’t pay? Poor, immature management. I realize that it can be a scam but try and look out and address the situation vs hid behind your young inexperienced cashier who isn’t paid to deal with customer issues.
And for God’s sake, put up a sign to avoid all of this. How does corporate tolerate this type...
