Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hayward

This specific baskin Robbins was the worst experience in a job I have ever had, the manager is a slave driver, she screams and miss treats her workers, apart from that, the building is disgusting, and the old lady's husband sits on the cumputer all day behind the counter watching videos and reading, and she makes her workers do things that aren't even on the job title like cleaning the air vents, cleaning gutters that have bacteria piled up at least half an inch high of nasty brown sludge... Over all it's just a bad business, I got fired for "stealing money" yet she was breaking baskin Robbins rules!! And forced me to work 12 hour shifts from open to closing time, and also her "favorite workers" we're stealing from the business as well but never once said a word to them, I hope they close this poor excuse for a business...

We went there to get our birthday scoops for my boyfriend's birthday. When we got there we told him that we wanted a kid scoop and he proceeded to give us quite bigger than the kids scoop. When we got to the register we let him know that it was the birthday scoop and he proceeded to tell us that we didn't inform him about that and that it was a kid scoop and we got into a back and forth about how we ask for a kids scoop and he scooped what he thought he heard and he made a big deal out of it. I just think it was a little bit unprofessional because we clearly said kids scoop and why he chose to give us a bigger scoop was kind of alarming. Because it made me think if we did not have a coupon he would have charged us for a bigger cup that we never asked for. So I would beware in...

The place is dirty. The employees are so money hungery that before you can actually order your did you have to pay first. They don't care what you want or what flavor ice cream you are interested in.
